Our Virgin Mary is the six-month new make Spirit of our famous single malt which is awaiting maturity.

This smooth liquor is created using an ancient, secret recipe with herbs, spices and honey to create a mellow amber drink with a satisfyingly rich flavour. This is the perfect after dinner drink or serves as a sweet and sumptuous nightcap.

Blackness Bay’s first Single Rum laid down in a Speyside Casks Oak Barrel on the 28th December 2023. Distilled in traditional twin Copper Pot Stills from pure sugar cane molasses by the time-honoured return-dunder method fermentation. With a delightful natural golden colour, this finest of Scottish rums has a unique nutty caramel flavour and a light scent of summer gorse.
